Congress Fee Schedules

Registration includes the workshops on Wednesday, entrance to the exhibit area, scientific session, refreshment breaks, and daily lunch with exhibitors.

Please note the following registration criteria:

  • For Residents & Fellows: Written proof of residency or fellowship required.
  • Discount Codes are available for attendees from Developing Countries. To access the code, please contact Laura Vigliotte. Please note, you will have to provide proof of country; you can see the approved list HERE.
  • Your proof of membership to DASIL will be verified, so please choose the correct path/fee.

*Cancellations received by July 31, 2017 are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after August 1, 2017 are non-refundable. Meeting registration does not include travel or accommodations. Those items, as well as any meals outside of those indicated on the conference agenda, are the responsibility of the delegate.
